Oh my - where has the month gone.  I was so pleased that I got two posts in last month, now I will be lucky to get this one in by the end of the month.  Oh well, I can only try.

So first off early in the month was another of Lynda's quilts.  A gorgeous bright zig zag quilt.  Quilted with a cable pattern which looks absolutely fabulous.  We were both very happy with the finished result.

Had a new customer arrive with her very first quilt.  The binding has been applied and is pinned down in the corners ready for her to sew it down.  The result is just gorgeous and I am sure the recipient will just love it.

Then it was off to class we go.  Travelled to Sydney with friends from quilt group which meant an early start.  We arrived at Hobbysew Ryde only a little late (thanks to the traffic - and someone forgetting her electrical cords) and spent the day sewing with Mary and Barb who are the designers of the Me & My Sister ranges for Moda.  What a great day we had.  Came home with lots of goodies and a nearly completed quilt top - I will have to show pictures when it is closer to completion.

I seemed to have created a mess in my sewing room, so spent a little while cleaning up.  Maybe I should have taken a before picture, but I was very pleased with the "after" result.  Might add, it doesn't look like this now - it's almost as bad as before again!!!

So then it was back to work.  Glenda has been busy again and I had four of her creations to quilt.  Here are the results - great opportunity to try out some new patterns.

Finally another new quilter arrived with her first attempt at quilting as a gift for a new addition to the family.  Just gorgeous.

And I am done!!  Wow, that wasn't so difficult.  Just need to be working on a deadline I guess.

Happy quilting everyone - until next time.  Short trip planned next month, so may not be too much to report, but we shall see.
